That's why we've gone to great lengths to secure full authorization and recognition from vital government and regulatory authorities, including the Nepal Tourism Board, Nepal Government, Civil Aviation Department, Industry Department, Company Registration Office, Nepal National Bank, and Taxation Office. Additionally, we're proud members of esteemed associations like the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) and Trekking Agency Association of Nepal (TAAN).

We use a 10% advance payment for the purpose of securing permits, booking advance transportation, and reserving accommodations, ensuring a hassle-free and worry-free journey.

Furthermore, if you have made full payments for the trip but have to cancel it, BTLT will refund you based on the refund policy on the terms and conditions page. At BTLT, your financial security is our unwavering priority, ensuring that every adventure with us is both memorable and worry-free.

Accommodation Quality

We have partnered with reputable hotels, lodges, and campsites in cities as well as trekking areas to provide you with comfortable accommodations that align with your preferences, whether you seek luxury or authenticity.

Quality Equipment Provided

When packing, you ought to remember that it’s always important to try to keep the weight of your equipment to a bare minimum. At the start of the trek, your packed trek bag should weigh not more than 33 pounds or 15 kg. The Equipment we provide for your Trek includes, or is limited to: a Duffel bag, a Sleeping bag with a liner, a Down Jacket. Any other equipment is available on hire in Thamel. We recommend trekking outlets that ensure premium quality and don’t give you hang-ups on the trail. The equipment we provide you is of the highest quality standards to protect you & keep you warm in the wild. The Equipment we provide for Climbing includes a Duffel bag, with well-maintained Group climbing gears that guarantee your safety at alpine altitudes. We particularly would like to advise you to consider equipment as essential while packing for peak & mountain Expeditions. Your equipment can be chosen according to your needs, interests & duration of your trip, or the season of your trip, etc. You can find a lot of these gears to hire or buy in Kathmandu. Many of the gears that are available in Kathmandu are locally manufactured (and consequently a lot cheaper), and some gears found here are imported from China and are obviously of better quality. You can find some prime, high-quality branded gear too in some famous stores hereabouts.

We’ve been through it all – the ups and downs have been full and plenty. This is nature at its best & worst. We can’t take anything for granted when it’s a tryst with Mother Nature, especially in the wilderness, and above the tree line. We need these mountains more than they need us, & we must respect the mountain gods for what they are. Its Almighty God that created these mountains with all its stark beauty, but then a natural calamity can be lurking somewhere around the bend, and we must always be aware of the environment - & this comes with respect, consciousness, and faith. Despite the hurdles & hiccups, our success ratio has been over 99%, because experience has taught us the hard way to honour nature and love the mountains…and God does the rest.
