Early in the Morning scenic drive to Kyirong Border Nepal Tibet Border through the beautiful Nepalese countryside after necessary border formalities at Nepali immigration and crossing the bridge process for all necessary formalities in Chinese immigration continue to drive to Kyirong Town. Early in the morning, drive to Kyiurung then you enter Tibet, you will be meeting the Tibetan tour guide at Kyirong border and then you will get transferred from Kyirong to Old Tingri (4300m). Customers whose travel arrangements are made by Beyond The Limits Treks will receive their Tibet Entry permit from our local office in the city where they depart for Tibet e.g. Chengdu if by air, Golmud if by Qinghai-Tibet Highway. You are required to present this document when boarding the flight to Tibet. Beyond The Limits Treks will make all necessary arrangements to obtain the correct documentation for you if you book a tour with us.
The Tibet border is Open. You can travel to Tibet from Nepal as China has opened the border of Tibet for Nepalese tourists and other foreign tourists from Nepal.
