The trail gently descends through pine forests and along the Dudh Koshi River. After crossing several suspension bridges, you arrive at the small village of Phakding. This easy first day helps your body adjust to trekking at altitude.

Today is one of the most important days of the trek as you head toward Namche Bazaar, the main trading center of the Khumbu region.

The trail follows the river through forested paths and Sherpa villages. At Monjo, you enter Sagarmatha National Park and complete your first permit check. After crossing the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge, the trail climbs steeply up to Namche.

If the weather is clear, you may catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest just before reaching town.

This village is surrounded by stone walls built to protect crops from cold winds and grazing animals. The views of Ama Dablam and Island Peak are especially impressive.

Another important acclimatization day. You may hike up to Nangkartsang Peak for incredible views of the surrounding Himalayan giants. Alternatively, a walk to Chhukung Valley is also a great option.

After the hike, return to Dingboche for rest and recovery.

The trail climbs gradually along the valley and passes memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest.

The scenery becomes more rugged and dramatic as you approach Lobuche, located near the Khumbu Glacier.

You trek to Gorakshep, the last settlement on the route, and later continue toward Everest Base Camp.Walking alongside the Khumbu Glacier, you finally reach the legendary base camp. Enjoy the achievement, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere before returning to Gorakshep.

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar 5545meters height for the best panoramic sunrise view of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and surrounding peaks. After descending, begin your return journey and trek down to Gorakshep and  trek toward to Labuch village  ready for Labuch High camp next day
