There are local buses and shared jeeps available daily from Kathmandu to Barpak, with morning departures. However, we highly recommend taking a private jeep for the Lower Manaslu Trek for greater comfort and flexibility.

It also allows you to visit the historic Gorkha Durbar, one of Nepal’s most significant heritage sites.
