Day 01: Arrive in TIA, Kathmandu (1,300m) and transfer to Hotel

On this particular day, you will land at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu where you will be warmly received by the representative staff from Beyond the Limits Treks and Expedition. From Tribhuvan International Airport. You will be transferred to your hotel. Arriving at the hotel we will discuss the detailed itinerary.

Stay overnight in with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 02: Flight from Kathmandu/Ramechhap to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,652m) 35 minute and trek 3-4hrs

On the following day, you will drive to Tribhuvan International Airport Domestic Airport from where you will fly to Lukla. Enjoying the amazing scenarios such as the high mountains, and the dense forest you will arrive at Lukla, the entry point to the Everest Region. Then, you will trek for 3 to 4 hours so that you will arrive at Phakding. Stay overnight in the lodge.

Please Note:- Lukla Flights depart and return to Ramechhap instead of Kathmandu due to busy Air Traffic from October to December and the last week of March to May. It's about a 4-hour drive to Ramechhap from Kathmandu so we will get started for the airport around 2 am. The return drive at the end of the trek is between 4 and 6 hours depending on traffic.

Day 03: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) 5-6hrs

Continuing the trek from Phakding today you will trek into such charming and friendly people. Enjoying the Himalayan sight, and the traditional settlement areas you will arrive at Namche Bazaar, the lively place where you can buy handicrafts as well. Stay overnight in the lodge.

Day 04: Hiking to shyangboche Acclimatization day at Namche bazaar .

Trekking in the Everest Region is not that easy and your body may not adjust to changing altitude so you will use this day as a part of acclimatization. you can walk around the beautiful Namche where you will find lots of things to admire and observe, or you can visit Shyangboche Khumjung and Khunde village Stay overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 05: Trek Namche Bazaar(3440m) to Tengboche (3,870m) 4-5hrs

Utilizing the previous day, today you will head to trek Tengboche and you will find the place striking after trekking for 5 to 6 hours. Tengboche Monastery, a famous monastery in the Khumbu region along with Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Everest, and Nuptse are the highlights of this day. Stay overnight in the lodge.

Day 06: Trek Tengboche(3870m) to Dingboche (4,360m) 5-6hrs

From Tengboche, the trail will open for Dingboche, and again on this day, you will trek for 5 to 6 hours. The place is known for its enchanted setting and you will experiencea .chilly atmosphere. Even on this day nature will make you demonstrate the occasion of observing mountains. Overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 07: Acclimatization day And Hike to Nagarsang Peak(5170m)

At Dingboche, you will get another acclimatization which is necessary to proceed further. On this day we will give you an idea of how to use acclimatization day. But carrying out a short trek is advisable near the area. Stay overnight in the lodge.

Day 08: Trek Dingboche(4460m) to Lobuche (4,940m) 4-5 hrs

Leaving from Dingboche you will set up to trek Lobuche, taking ascend. The trek will be carried out just for 4 to 5 hours so you will not sense trickiness yet seeing the trekking trail it is not that easy too. You will get several reasons to be happy when nature will be all the beautiful vistas. overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 09: Trek Lobuche(4940m) to Gorak Shep (5,170m), Hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364m) and back to Gorak Shep 7-8hrs

Continuing the trek with great energy you will trek towards Gorak Shep (5,170m), the best part of the trek then moving to progress you will arrive at the Everest Base Camp where you can sight Khumbuste and Pumori. The trek does not conclude here so you should have the patience to trek back to Gorak Shep. You must be tired yet all your tiredness will be refreshed when you remember an entire day. Stay overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Trek back to Pheriche (4200m),7-8 Hrs

This is the day you will approach towards the elevated spot of the trek. Hiking towards the Kala Patthar ‘Black Stone’ is not that laidback but being the utmost spot of trek you can view the entire Khumbu Region from here and that time you will feel as if you are seeing more than magic. Day 11: Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazar(3440m),5-6 Hrs

On the following day, you will begin the trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar situated at the altitude of 3,570 meters. So, it takes 6 hours of duration to accomplish the trek Enoying the panoramic views of Thamserku, Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Stay overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 12: Trek Namche to Lukla (2880m), 6-7 hrs

Lukla is the same place from where you have started the trek and today you will trek to Lukla, which is known for its adventurous nature. Trekking in Lukla will give you a clear picture of the native staying here along with their lifestyles and you will be able to trace the challenging geographical scenario. In the evening you will thank all the helpers and porters who have genuinely helped you throughout the trek. Stay overnight in the lodge with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 13: Flight to Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

On the following day you will enjoy your traditional breakfast at Lukla and then you will be transferred to Lukla airport from where you will catch the flight to TIA, Kathmandu. Arriving at Kathmandu you would be driven to the hotel and be taking enough rest you can plan for shopping. Stay overnight in the Hotel Royal suite Kathmandu with Bed and Breakfast.

Q5. In case of flight delays how will the agency organize?

With flying to and from Lukla there is always the chance of flight delays. This is mainly due to weather circumstances. In case of long delays Beyond the Limits can manage an extra day for you. There is also the option to fly to Lukla via Ramechhap or charter a helicopter, however, the agency will decide the best course for you to not get delayed much.

Q6. How to add a helicopter return from Lukla to Kathmandu? Will it be worth it?

To add a helicopter return from Lukla to Kathmandu, you can use the add-on button during booking or contact us. We have both shared and private helicopter flight options. Yes, the helicopter flight will be 100% worth it. You will get to enjoy a very comfortable and panoramic ride back to Kathmandu from Lukla. The flight will not be stressful at all.

Q7. Is getting to Everest Base Camp hard?

The trek can be tough for beginner trekkers but is certainly doable. With children 7 years of age and seniors of 80 years making the trek successfully, we feel that anybody who has the determination can easily make this trek. Q8. How long does it take to trek to Everest Base Camp?

It will take 8 days with 2 days counted for acclimatization to trek to Everest Base Camp. Average trekking hours per day will be between 5-7 hours. The route to Everest Base Camp can take longer if you opt to trek via a longer route such as the Three Pass trek in Everest or the Everest Circuit via Cho La Pass trek.

Q9. How is the weather during the Everest Base Camp trek?

Depending on the season you travel in the weather can change quite a bit during the Everest Base Camp trek. For ideal weather circumstances, we do suggest trekking during either the spring season (March to May) or the fall/autumn season (September to November).
