The Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour begins early at 5:30 AM. The representative from Beyond the Limits Treks & Expedition will pick you up directly from your hotel in Kathmandu. Our staff will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport (Domestic Terminal), where you will complete the necessary airport procedures before heading to the helicopter helipad. At the helipad, you will meet your experienced pilot for a pre-flight briefing, covering important safety instructions, flight details, and weather conditions in the Everest region.

Due to helicopter weight limitations in high-altitude areas such as Kala Patthar, a helicopter can only take 2 people per flight in that altitude. So, during the 5-person helicopter flight, all of them will fly together from Kathmandu to the Everest View Hotel, and the group will split into two groups. One group will go to Kala Patthar, enjoy the heli tour and Kala Patthar landing, and return to the Everest View Hotel, and another group will do the same.
