The standard trailhead starts at Sundarijal and passes Chisopani, Hyolmo, Kutumsang, Magin Goth, Tharepati, Malemchigaung, and Tarke Ghang in the Helmo village. After which, you have the option of two roads: one is the footpath via Sermathang or the bus route via Timbu. ways ultimately meet at Melemchi bazaar back in Kathmandu.
