Best time to go on Mohare Danda Trek

Spring (March to May) and Autumn (October to November) is the best time to go on Mohare Danda Trek.  But you  can do this Trek all seasons During this time of the year Mohare Danda weather is usually moderate and clear sky make the views stunning. In both seasons, you see several floras either blooming or falling.

Day 01 : Kathmandu Airport Arrival - (1,350m/4,428ft)

Our team representative welcomes you at Tribhuvan International Airport. He/she then takes you to the hotel. You can rest for a few hours until dinner. Later, you have a welcome dinner organized by the company.

After a quick breakfast, you begin drive to Pokhara in the morning. The drive is going to be long. You get to see beautiful views of lush green hills, small settlements, rivers, and waterfalls. You also have an alternative to fly to Pokhara, which will only take 35 minutes and offer you an aerial view of green hills and dense forests. Upon reaching Pokhara, you head to the hotel. Explore the vibrant Lakeside market, and do boating on tranquil Fewa Lake.

Today, you drive for another three and a half hours to reach Galeshwor. The drive goes along the bank of the Kali Gandaki river. At Galeshwor, you take an hour-long lunch break. After that, you begin hiking towards Bans Kharka. Crossing a thrilling suspension bridge over Kali Gandaki River, a deep gorge, you trek through dense forests.

You continue trekking towards Nangi. Today, the trail passes by lovely villages along with presenting stunning views of mountains. The scenery on the way is extremely beautiful. Moreover, you visit an organic farm school and Magar settlement.

Trekking through the lush forest of rhododendron and oak, you gradually ascend to Mohare Danda. On the way, you witness tempting views of Himalayan mountains like Annapurna South, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukche, and many others. Later, in the evening, you get to see a gorgeous sunset from Mohare Danda.

Today, the day begins early in the morning as you will wake up to see glorious sunrise along with the Himalayan mountains. After that, you have breakfast, and continue trekking towards Deurali. The trail takes you to beautiful Ghorepani village, and further, descend to Deurali for night stay.

Trekking through dense forests, farm fields, and small villages, you move to Ghandruk village. Crossing a suspension bridge over Khumnu Khola, you walk around five hours to reach Ghandruk. Ghandruk is a very famous and picturesque village. You get welcomed with superb views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. Gangapurna, Mt. Hiunchuli, and many other mountains.

It is the last day of trekking. Leaving Ghandruk behind, the trail move to Nayapul. You trek through stony paths, villages, and terraced fields. Crossing Modi Khola, you reach Birethanti and walk for one more hour to reach Nayapul. From here, you drive to Pokhara. The rest of the time is free for you to explore around.

Today, you drive back to Pokhara. The drive will be scenic and long. After reaching Kathmandu, you move to the hotel. The rest of the day is leisure for you to explore around and do some shopping. In the evening, you have a farewell dinner organized by the company. You also get awarded a certificate that shows, you have completed Mohare Danda Trek under the government of Nepal with Beyond the Limit Treks & Expedition.
